Pick the right cloud platform — and the right way to get there — in two weeks, not two quarters.
A focused sprint that assesses your workloads, scores AWS, Azure and GCP against your actual requirements, and hands you a written strategy with a migration approach, a cost model and a first-90-days plan.
Cloud decisions get made by whoever pitched last.
- Each vendor’s partner has produced a proposal that recommends, unsurprisingly, that vendor.
- You are running hybrid by accident, not by design, and paying for both.
- A migration deadline exists but nobody has agreed what “done” looks like.
What the engagement includes
Workload assessment
Applications, data, integrations and constraints inventoried and grouped by migration pattern.
Platform scoring
AWS, Azure and GCP (and staying put) scored against your requirements: capability, cost, skills, compliance, exit.
Target architecture
Landing zone, identity, network and security model for the recommended platform.
Three-year cost model
Run, migration and licensing costs compared across the options you are actually considering.
Migration approach
Rehost, replatform or refactor by workload group, with sequence and risks.
First-90-days plan
The concrete steps, owners and decisions needed to start — plus what not to do yet.
How it works
Apply & scope
We confirm the workloads and the decision you need to make.
Days 1–4: Assess
Workload inventory, requirements, constraints and interviews.
Days 5–8: Score & design
Platform scoring, target architecture, cost model.
Days 9–10: Readout
Written strategy and a working session with your decision-makers.
Who this is for
- Businesses with 10–200 servers or a data-centre lease decision on the horizon
- Leadership teams choosing between AWS, Azure and GCP — or between cloud and staying put
- IT leaders who want a written, vendor-neutral recommendation they can hold up to a board

Cloud Strategy & Platform Selection Sprint
Scoped in writing before anything is invoiced. No checkout at this level — apply first so we can confirm fit and timing.
What happens after you apply
We review every application personally, reply with a straight yes / no / not-yet, and book a 30-minute scoping call if it is a fit.
Questions, answered
Are you tied to a cloud vendor?
No. We hold partner relationships where they help clients, but the scoring model and the recommendation are independent, and “stay where you are” is always one of the options scored.
Is migration execution included?
No. The sprint ends in a written strategy and a first-90-days plan. Execution is scoped separately, and the sprint fee is credited against a migration engagement started within 60 days.
Two weeks is fast. What do you need from us?
Access to your infrastructure inventory and about six hours of interview time from IT and application owners across the two weeks.
How is the fee paid?
Fixed fee, invoiced at kickoff.
One recommendation. Written down. Defensible.
Apply for a scoping call and we will confirm the sprint fits your decision.
