Do you write custom code?
Only where configuration cannot do the job. The buildout favours native platform capability so your team can administer it without a developer.
Can we add more use cases later?
Yes. Additional use cases are scoped as small follow-on projects or under an enablement retainer.
How is the fee paid?
Fixed fee, invoiced 50% at kickoff and 50% at handover. Platform licences are billed by the vendor to you directly.
